Originally aired as part of the long-running German music TV series Ohne Filer: Musik Pur, bassist Marcus Miller's 2001 DVD, In Concert, was originally recorded on June 6, 1994. Miller and his backing band (comprised of two keyboardists, a drummer, and two horn players) work their way through an hour-long, six-song set that showcases Miller's trademark funk/jazz-rock. Most of the tracks are up-tempo ("Rampage," "Panther," "Ju Ju"), with the exception being the slow and heartfelt "Steveland."
