This new recording of David Sanborn is the first new collaboration in the studio with producer and bass player Marcus Miller since over 15 years. The previous collaboration of the two won a total of 5 Grammys and 7 Gold discs. Time And The River is a modern groove oriented album, with funky beats, but also beautiful ballads, in which David Sanborn can show the emotional side of his acclaimed saxophone skills.
